A Boone County judge ordered Derrick Washington to appear Monday for his preliminary hearing.

The former Mizzou standout running back is charged with deviate sexual assault. He is accused of entering a former tutor's bedroom and sexually assaulting her while she was asleep.

Washington also faces two additional counts of misdemeanor domestic assault after an ex-girlfriend said he hit her and choked her during an argument.

Washington's jury trial has been pushed back several times. It is currently scheduled for next week.

He has pleaded not guilty in both cases.
