An incident that took place in the Turkey Ridge area Friday has put a woman behind bars.
Allegedly 41-year old Penni Lynn Vess hit two people with a tire iron.
One of the victims she hit was taken to the hospital because of injuries to his forearm and rib cage. The other person refused to go to a hospital and get checked out.
The Pulaski County Prosecutor is charging Vess with domestic assault in the second degree for hitting them with a tire iron.
Right now Penni Lynn Vess is sitting in the Pulaski County Jail with a bond set at $25,000.
