Much of the state saw severe weather Wednesday. In addition to Sedalia and Montgomery County, other Mid-Missouri towns were impacted with strong winds, heavy downpours, impressive cloud formations and hail.
In Pettis County, a storm spotter reported seeing a tornado in Clifton City just before 1:00 p.m.
In Cole County, a tornado was reported in Centertown on Waterford Road around 1:45 Wednesday afternoon.
A storm spotter reported a tornado briefly touching down near I-70 on MM 144, near Kingdom City.
In Bellflower, a funnel cloud was spotted. Strong winds knocked down tree limbs and uprooted trees.
Viewers in Fulton reported seeing a funnel cloud near the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center.
In Eldon, there are reports of large tree limbs down. In Tuscumbia, there are reports of tree limbs on power lines.
In Osage County, there are reports of trees down and power outages in Freeburg.
Reports of large hail, an inch or more in size, came in from the cities of Olean, Climax Springs, Lake Ozark, Stover, Barnett and Dixon.
Aside from the minor injuries in Sedalia, no other injuries have been reported.
