Jordan Harvey is expected to be sentenced Tuesday morning in Audrain County court.
He pleaded guilty on April 12th to a second degree murder charge. In exchange for his guilty plea, a kidnapping charge was dropped.
Prosecutors say Jordan Harvey helped hold McNeely down while his father, Chester Harvey, suffocated him.
Jordan's father Chester Harvey, Jr. took the stand April 11th and told a judge that he wants to take full responsibility for the murder of McNeely in effort to help his wife and children who also face charges in the killing. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Jordan's and his father's charges stem from the killing of Ohio man James McNeeley in December 2009. Jordan was 14 at the time of the murder at the Harvey's Laddonia home.
17 year old Ethan Harvey also faces charges as an adult in this murder. Ethan will be back in court Wednesday.
