KINGDOM CITY, MO. -- Missouri State Highway Patrol said Sunday at about 4:30 a.m. 40-year old David Riley of Fulton was killed.

He was struck by 21-year old Marandan Hurst of Fulton.

She was driving Northbound on Highway 54 at Callaway County Road 220 in Kingdom City.

Missouri State Highway Patrol said Riley was walking in the roadway when Hurst hit him.

Riley was pronounced dead by the Boone/Callaway County Medical Examiner.
