Man is arrested after passing out in Wal-Mart parking lot with car running

FULTON, MO. -- At about 3 a.m. Sunday morning Fulton Police were notified of a vehicle with the engine running that was in Wal-Mart parking lot and the driver appeared to be passed out. 

An Officer woke up the driver and identified him to be Timothy P. Brauner. 

After further investigation Brauner was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated by Drugs. 

Police searched the vehicle and numerous items of Drug Paraphernalia including several pipes, rolling papers, bath salts, and a small container of cocaine were found along with a 12 pack of beer. 

Brauner was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $6,500.00.
