Man and woman found shot to death in their home.
CLARKSBURG, MO -- UPDATE: Tues. March 1st 3:07 p.m.:
The Moniteau County Sheriff's Department has released the names of the two people found dead in Clarksburg and say the incident was a murder/suicide.
Charles E. Wood, 51, and Judy M. West, 61, were found deceased in their home Monday at 400 Academy Street, according to the sheriff's department.
The medical examiner told detectives that both Wood and West died from gunshot wounds to the head.
The sheriff's department has ruled West's death a homicide and Wood's death a suicide.
