Deputies bust meth lab

DIXON, MO. -- Maries County Deputies busted a large meth lab Friday night.

The Maries County Sheriff’s Office and Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement group were investigation a suspected Methamphetamine lab at a residence near Dixon, Maries County Sheriff, Chris Heitman said in a press release.

During their investigation deputies found a large methamphetamine lab at the home.

45-year old Larry Rector of Dixon was arrested and is in the Maries County Jail on $40,000 bond.

The release said deputies also arrested a female on outstanding warrants and felony drug charges are expected to be filed on Rector.
