The Missouri teenager charged with murder, accused of helping his family kidnap and kill an Ohio man, has a status hearing Monday morning in Audrain County court.
Jordan Harvey is charged as an adult with second degree murder and kidnapping in the death of 20 year old James McNeeley in December 2009.
Attorneys and the judge are expected to decide the date of the preliminary hearing and address a change of venue request.
Jordan’s parents, Chester Harvey Jr. And Angela Harvey, along with two older brothers, Chad and Ethan, also face charges in this case.

A status hearing has been set for Monday, Feb. 7 for teen murder suspect Jordan Harvey, during a hearing Monday morning.
At February's status hearing, attorneys and the judge will decide the date of the preliminary hearing and address other issues, like the change in venue request.

A preliminary hearing is set for Monday morning for the teen accused of helping his family kill an Ohio man.
Jordan Harvey, 15, is charged as an adult with second degree murder and kidnapping in the death of 20-year-old James William Boyd McNeely.
Police said McNeely was held against his will at the Harvey house in Laddionia, where he was beaten and strangled. His body was later found in the freezer compartment of a tractor trailer.
Jordan's parents, Chester Harvery Jr. and Angela Harvey, along with two older brothers, Chad and Ethan, also face charges in this case.
Jordan has already pleaded not guilty to his accused charges. He's also requested a new judge and trial venue.
