Branson city leaders are trying to decide if the city can keep up payments to the Branson Airport.

At issue is a contract in which the city agreed to pay $8.24 for each passenger the airport brings to the city.

The problem is the city hasn't paid the $260,000 bill for 2010.

Also, the city's 2011 budget doesn't include the estimated $670,000 the city would owe in 2011.

The airport CEO won't say if the airport is considering legal action.
