The losing candidate in Missouri’s 3rd Congressional District is demanding an investigation of what he said is possible voter fraud.

Republican Ed Martin was narrowly defeated by incumbent Russ Carnahan.

Martin said Wednesday he will send a formal request to Carnahan's sister, Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, asking her to investigate possible voter fraud in St. Louis.
