BOONE COUNTY -- A routine check of Boone County's sex offenders led sheriff's deputies to arrest three people yesterday for failing to comply with registration laws.
John D.Barber, 41, of 4305 West Bethany Dr. and Angela M. Trouten, 33, of 2707 Quail Dr. were arrested on suspicion of failing to report.
Robert W. Nichols, 43, of 3900 Clark Lane was arrested on suspicion of providing false information on his registration.
Alll three were held on $4,500 bond on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.
