Animal activists are suppose to protest a bill at the capitol Thursday

JEFFERSON CITY, MO -- Animal activists from all over the U.S. are scheduled to meet at the Capitol Thursday to protest the Missouri horse meat law change.

If the bill is passes, it will allow horse meat for human consumption in America and allow meat to be exported overseas.

Senators are having their last chamber meeting Thursday morning.
