The man accused in the murder of Kinga Gillibrand won't face a jury until 2013.

Terry Fritz is charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action in the 2010 shooting death of Gillibrand in Maries County.

Fritz' case was granted a change of venue to Texas County. That's where Wednesday morning his pre-trial conference was continued until January 8, 2013 and his trial scheduled to start January 14, 2013.

Kinga Gillibrand was reported missing June of 2010. In November of 2010, hunters helped to discover her remains in the woods of Maries County.

Fritz had originally been scheduled to go to trial in August of 2011.
