A Fort Leonard Wood soldier has been sentenced to time in prison for producing child pornography.
36-year-old Lawrence Ellrick was sentenced in federal court Thursday to 15 years in prison without parole. The court also ordered Ellrick to serve a lifetime of supervised released following his prison time.
In December, Ellrick pleased guilty to the sexual exploitation of a child. He admitted that he used a minor to make porn in early 201o.
Ellrick forfeited a computer hard drive, a laptop computer, a desktop computer and a digital camera-all of which police said were used in the crime.
