It's a new year, and, if you're up to the challenge, a new you.
People around Mid-Missouri wasted no time getting themselves ready for 2013, whether it was getting in the gym or just going out for a brisk walk.
According to polls, the three most commonly made resolutions nationwide are to spend more time with friends and family, to make time for regular exercise, and to lose weight.
Experts say the easiest ways to stay on track with you resolution are having a plan before you start, and setting consistently challenging yet attainable goals.
Doing these things, they say, will help make 2013 your best year yet.
