Moberly man faces several drug charges

MOBERLY, Mo. -- Moberly police are reporting that they have one man in custody on several drug charges.

28-year-old Nicholas Fainter was arrested by Moberly Police on Saturday on two Randolph County warrants: a probation violation original charge of distribution/delivery/manufacture/production or attempt to produce a controlled substance which holds a $25,000 bond; and a failure to appear original charge stemming from Keeping Maintaining public nuisance and possession of marijuana charges, which holds a cash bond of $500.

Fainter faces additional charges of Distribution/Delivery/Manufacturing/production or attempt to produce a controlled substance with a $45,000 bond.

Fainter could not pay the bond and was transported to the Randolph County Justice Center, where he is currently being held.
