Shots fired in Columbia overnight

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Columbia Police are reported a shots fired incident that happened overnight on Saturday

At 2:21 a.m.,  police were called to the 1300 block of Brown School Road after reports of gunshots being fired.

When officers arrived on scene, they found two shell casing at the 1400 block of Raleigh Drive, and after investigation, discovered that two vehicles were last seen leaving the area after the shots were heard.  The vehicles were described as a dark sedan and a silver vehicle.

No arrests have been made and Columbia Police are continuing their investigation.

They are asking anyone with information to call the Columbia Police Department at 573-882-7201 or Crimestoppers to remain anonymous at 875-TIPS.
