On Saturday a Fulton Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for not having it's headlights on. After the vehicle came to a stop the passenger, Randy R. Cook threw a object from the passenger side window.
The officer retrieved the item and found that it contained 3 baggies of Methamphetamine and a needle with Methamphetamine.
Cook also had a large amount of money on him.
Cook was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Cook was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a $15,000.00 Bond.
