BLAND, MO -- Possible straight line winds caused damage in Gasconade County.

The Bland Post Office was heavily damaged Wednesday afternoon. The Gasconade County Sheriff's Office says the postmaster was in the building at the time the storm came through and had to be rescued by first responders. She was shaken up, but not hurt.

Also in Bland, some roofs on buildings near the post office were damaged. Winds also knocked down trees and power lines.

There have also been reports of damage in Owensville.
