Highway Patrol is reconstructing the incident to see if one or two cars hit the man

A 44-year-old Oregon man died after being hit by a car on Highway 40, near the Midway Truck Stop, just after 7 Thursday night.

Highway Patrol is reconstructing the incident to see if one or two cars hit the man.

No charges have been filed at this time. The man's name will not be released until relatives can be notified.
