Ronald Blowers, 25, was found by authorities stabbing himself over and over again in the stomach Tuesday. He tried to escape officials, but they subdued him and took him into custody.

On Wednesday, he was charged with resisting arrest and creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death. His bond is set at $1 million.

Blowers has not been charged for anything related to the double homicide.
