Jefferson City police are investigating a shots-fired incident that occurred near Olive and Park streets at about 2:21 p.m. Tuesday. No injuries were reported.

Callers said two black men fired the shots because of an unknown disturbance. The men then left the area going eastbound, where they possibly got into a gold-colored SUV.

Witnesses provided limited information, although authorities found one spent shell.

A 22-year-old Jefferson City woman was arrested for obstructing police during their investigation.

A 20-year-old Jefferson City resident was arrested for two unrelated warrants and a pending marijuana distribution charge.
