A 17-year old is in the Pulaski County Jail after being charged with burglary.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office said Jeremiah Burton of Waynesville was arrested early Wednesday morning after a resident called deputies, saying he was holding Burton at gunpoint in his house because Burton broke into his house.

Deputies found property in Burton’s vehicle that matched items taken in at least two other burglaries.

Wednesday afternoon, prosecutors charged Burton with one count of first degree burglary and one count of second degree burglary.

He’s being held on $80,000 bond.
