Officer makes saying "No" to smoking easier

March 13th is National "No Smoking" Day.

Sgt. Kevin Woodson from the Cole County Sheriff's department reminds youth that there is nothing "cool" about smoking and has tips for parents that can hep your child remain smoke free.
