"No Smoking Day," a great day to kick the habit

March 13th is No Smoking Day, and Jane Dozier from St. Mary's hospital shared smoking statistics and explained what the habit does to your body, while offering tips for quitting.

Dozier recommended online smoking cessation resources such as the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, American Heart Association, American Lung Association and the Center For Disease Control.
