TIPTON, MO. -- Following last week's winter storm, Co-Mo Electric cooperative linemen have restored power to all of their customers tonight.

A massive restoration effort involving more than 150 linemen from around Missouri finished the job in the utility's service territory in mid-Missouri. The final restorations capped off five days of work that brought electricity back to more than 13,000 customers in the wake of the winter storm that dropped almost a foot of heavy, wet snow on Co-Mo's service territory.

High winds also contributed to downed powerlines and power poles.
