Jeffrey Strickland got out of a car stopped by the deputy near the Wright Brother's Store in Calwood and tried to run. When the deputy restrained him, Strickland fought back and then ran. He was not found after an extensive search of the area.

Dustin Brewer, who has six outstanding warrants, was also in the vehicle when it was stoppped, but he drove away while the deputy pursued Strickland.

Anyone with helpful information about these two men should contact the Callaway County Sheriff's Department at 573-642-7291 or their local law enforcement agency. Tips can be shared anonymously at callawaysheriff.org or through CrimeStoppers.
