Meth lab found in Boone Co. trailer home

Boone County deputies bust an active meth lab Friday night in a trailer park just south of Columbia.

It happened at lot 94 of the Blue Acres Trailer Park at 4001 South Ponderosa. About 5:45pm deputies served a search warrant and say when they went in one of the people inside threw parts of of the meth lab in the toilet.

They found parts of an active meth lab and the finished product.

Deputies arrested Rusty a. Modglin, age 40, of Columbia for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence.

Jamie k. Davis, age 28, of Columbia was also arrested for three City of Columbia warrants (failure to appear).
