A 21-year-old Waynesville man is wanted on eight active warrants.
Thomas Gan is white, 5'10", 150 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. His hair may have blond highlights, and he was last seen driving a red 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier with Missouri license plate number KJON6L.
Gan has three felony warrants and five misdemeanor warrants from the Pulaski County Circuit Court. He also faces possible charges for assaulting a St. Robert officer who tried to arrest him for shoplifting at Dollar General on Wednesday
