A man threw a needle and three baggies with meth out of the window of a car stopped by Fulton police on Saturday.

Randy Cook was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail with a $15,000 bond.

The vehicle had been pulled over for not having its headlights on.
