A Boone County man cited for keeping vicious dogs is now under arrest in connection with a meth lab found at his home.

Deputies raided the home at 7405 No. Hwy VV September 26th.. They found drugs, but no one was home.

Today Kenneth Cook turned himself in to deputies around 10am.

The 55-year-old was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a felony,  and for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Monday he was in the Boone County jail with a bond set at $9,000.

Cook is the third man arrested after the drug bust in which a deputy was bitten in the leg by a pit bull dog.
