The second winner of a free building from Classic Buildings, LLC, is Rick Franklin of Pittsburg, Mo.

There were more than 2,900 entries for the contest, which began in 2011.

Franklin received his new 10'x16' garden shed this week and is planning on storing his boating and fishing equipment in it.

Last year's winners were Marge and Richard Saia of St. Jacob, Ill., who got a 12'x16' building.
