Men ransack home midday

The resident was uninjured during the robbery. This is the sixth home invasion robbery since 8/3.

COLUMBIA, MO. -- BOOM BOOM BOOM!

That's what a young man heard while home alone at about noon on Monday, right before four men kicked in the back door.

One of the intruders had a gun, and they ordered the resident to the ground before demanding money and property.

The men ransacked the home, located in the 3500 block of Marquis Court, then ran with an undisclosed amount of money and property.

The resident wasn't injured during the robbery. There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

This is the sixth home invasion robbery since August 3.
