She has prior drug offenses on her record
A 35-year-old woman was arrested after authorities found her with meth and drug paraphernalia.
Randolph County deputies and members of the North Missouri Drug Task Force served a search warrant at the home of Susan Waters, which is located at 317 Munroe Street, on August 17 at 2:45 p.m.
Waters was arrested and a warrant was issued charging her with felony methamphetamine possession as a prior drug offender and felony keeping and maintaining a public nuisance.
Bond is set at $45,000. Waters remains in the Randolph Country Jail.
