A Miller County Deputy who crashed a patrol car and was found to be in possession of meth will have his arraignment in Miller County Court on Monday.

F
ormer Miller County 29-year old Deputy Paul Hill was involved in a single car crash on Hayes Drive, near Eldon on June 21st.

Highway Patrol Troopers that responded to the scene said they found meth and drug paraphernalia in the car. They said Hill was under the influence of meth.

Hill, who is from Rocky Mount, is charged with a Class C Felony for possession of a controlled substance. The Miller County Sheriff's Department quickly fired him after the incident.
