Maries County Sheriff's deputies arrested 39-year-old David Adair.

He's wanted out of Iron county for manufacturing and producing a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Early Monday morning deputies forced their way into the Belle man's home and after a short struggle arrested him.

Adair had been evading authorities for more than a month.

Deputies found suspected drug paraphernalia in the home.

Adair is in the Maries county jail.
