Pulaski county deputies arrested 40 year old Tony Adams after investigating a report that someone had fired a shot early Friday at a house on Lanagan Lane in Waynesville.

Deputies discovered a bullet hole in a front window.

They say the bullet went through the house's living room and a bedroom before coming to rest in a wall next to the kitchen.

Three people in the house had gone to bed, thinking the noise had been a firecracker.

The Pulaski county prosecutor filed filed charges against Adams of unlawful use of a weapon firing into an occupied dwelling, and unlawful use and possession of a weapon by a felon.

Adams remains in the Pulaski county jail on a $250,000 bond.
