Makenna Oster, a very impressive 10 year old dancer, won the first annual "Show-Me Kids Got Talent" contest.

The contest for children ranging in age from 4-14 started at Bootlegger's bar and grill in June.  The final 12 kids performed one last time for a panel of judges last night. The winners took home over $3,500 worth of cash and prizes.

Thirteen year old stage diva Gabriella Cicerelli was awarded 3rd place. Emily Dulle, a 10 year old country singer, placed 2nd and twelve year old, Savannah Watring, received the "People's Choice," award.

"Show-Me Kids Got Talent," is not the only contest competition director, Kelly Hooper, holds at Bootlegger's in Osage Beach, Mo.

Kelly told us "Lake Idol XIII" started July 12th. Participating performers are live on Bootlegger's stage every Thursday night at 9pm. In the "Lake Idol" contest adult vocalists battle in several music genre categories including classic rock, oldies, hip-hop and funk. The competition is held twice a year and offers more than $7,000 in cash and prizes.

Hooper's other talent contests this year are, "It's Your Act," and "Making the Band."
