A Columbia man is now in jail nearly two months after a robbery.

Thursday, police arrested Vernon Jordan for his involvement in a robbery on the evening of May 18th.

Police say Jordan and another suspect approached a car in the 3300 block of Jamesdale, pointed handguns at the victims and stole their money.

Jordan was identified through a photo line up and was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 1600 block of Sylvan Lane.

He's in jail on a 100,000 bond for the robbery. He also faces drug charges and charges for a felony parole violation.
