PULASKI COUNTY -- Deputies arrested a Dixon man in connection to a burglary at a Pulaski County Public Water District.

A Pulaski County deputy went to Public Water Service District #3 on Tuesday to investigate a reported burglary of the office and a stolen district truck.

The deputy saw the front door of the building had been forced open and a silver, 2001 Dodge pickup was missing from the shop area.

Many residents nearby told Deputies they saw a white male with an ATV near the building and some said they saw the while male with the silver Dodge truck.

At least two of those witnesses were able to identify as Chad Edward Lange, 38.

Next, Deputies went to Lange’s ex-wife’s home and found the stolen dodge truck parked there.

Lange was arrested and admitted to the burglary.

He was taken to the Pulaski County Jail for a 24-hour hold for second degree burglary and theft of a motor vehicle charge

Lange also had three active no-bond warrants from Pulaski County for second degree assault, driving while revoked and disturbing the peace.
