A nineteen-year-old man has been arrested after a home invasion and robbery on Sunday night.

Two others are still wanted by Boone County sheriff's deputies for their involvement at an apartment in the 1000 block of North Kathryn Drive in Phenora Oaks, near the intersection of Highway VV and Highway 763.

Deputies were in the area when someone reported a disturbance at the apartment building. Upon arrival, the victims, a man, 31, and a woman, 35, told deputies three men burst into the residence demanding money and drugs. The trio fled with two cellphones and cash when deputies arrived on the scene.

Joshua J. Wisham, 19, of 509 Brewer Drive, was taken into custody after a short pursuit by a K-9 Unit near the intersection of Highway VV and Farrar Drive. Deputies also found a loaded semi-automatic pistol left at the scene by one of the suspects. Deputies have identified a second suspect and are actively pursuing him. The third suspect is described as a black male in his late teens or early twenties.
