Motorcyclist in serious condition after crash on I-70

COOPER COUNTY – A man is in serious condition after crashing his motorcycle on Interstate 70.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Dennis Meng was traveling east on Interstate 70 when when his trike experienced mechanical problems, went off the right side of the road, and hit a guardrail at the 110 mile marker. He was ejected from his vehicle on impact.

Meng is currently in serious condition at University Hospital.
