Alcohol, THC found in train/truck collision victim's system

Police say the man who was killed in a truck versus train collision in Jefferson City had been drinking.

On the night of May 3rd, Michael Lee Bosch was killed as he was crossing Industrial Drive when he collided with a freight train that was backing up.

Jefferson City police said the 29-year-old Holts Summit man's blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit and there was THC in his system at the time of the fatal crash.
