Paul Emmett Hill 29 year old of Rocky Mount, Missouri, has been charged with a Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
Charges are from the Miller County Court of Jurisdiction.
Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety
Hill is currently being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility pending bond.

A Miller Co. deputy was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Hayes Drive near Eldon on Wednesday at 3:51 p.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol was brought in to investigate the accident, per policy. The Highway Patrol resulted in the arrest of the deputy for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
The deputy, Paul Hill, was immediately placed on administrative leave. His employment has since been terminated.
Sherrif William Abbott said, "This type of behavior is unacceptable in any law enforcement agency and absolutely will not be tolerated in Miller County."

A Miller County sheriff's deputy is facing charges after wrecking his patrol car.
According to the highway patrol, 29-year-old Paul Hill crashed his car Wednesday afternoon around 5:15 in Miller County.
Troopers found meth and drug paraphernalia in his car and say he was under the influence of drugs while he was driving.
He was arrested and taken to the Camden County Jail, where he's being held on a 24-hour hold, pending formal charges.
