More details have emerged about last Friday's bomb threat that turned out to be a false alarm.

Police say they now know who made the call.

On Friday morning, Jefferson City police were called to the State Department of Social Services - Child Support Enforcement Division building on St. Mary's boulevard after receiving a call for a possible bomb threat.

The building was evacuated, but no explosives were found.

Police told KRCG 13 the suspect lives in Atalanta, Ga., and made the call from his home.

A request for charges of "making a terroristic threat" has been sent to the prosecuting attorney.
