The 11th annual Speaking of Women's Health conference was a great way to stress less and laugh more today at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia.
The day included health screenings, gifts, breakout sessions, and keynote speakers like Colette Carlson...who spoke about the art of speaking your truth. She said,
"Well, when that phone rings, and you get that distraction disguised as another opportunity...if you are really crazy busy and you say yes to that opportunity... to me you aren't speaking your truth because your actions, thoughts and words aren't in alignment."
Colette was one of many impressive speakers that were at the event recharging woman's lives today.
The theme was to enlighten, connect and inspire woman to be strong, healthy and in charge of their lives.
Our own Teresa Snow attended and spoke briefly. Teresa is a pro at balancing her work, health and two sets of twins.
