Fulton police searched a home in Fulton this morning on the suspicion of marijuana possession.

After they got the warrant, police entered the home of Clifton Iivory off South Ravine Street, where they found the marijuana along with three dogs, which were secured by the owners at first.

"At some point one of the dogs broke loose, and attacked officers, and unfortunately they had to shoot the dog," said Fulton Police Chief Steve Myers.

The investigation is ongoing in the case of the Ivory and the drugs seized.
