A victory off the court for Mizzou Basketball Coach Frank Haith is a big financial win for the Columbia Boys and Girls Club.

Haith won the south region of the Infiniti Coaches’ Charity Challenge and was part of the Final Four coaches who competed for a $100,000 prize.

Each of the Final Four coaches won $10,000 for the charity of their choice.

Boys and Girls Club administrators will use the $10,000 for youth programs and fundraisers.

The Columbia Boys and Girls Club serves more than 400 children.

Organization leaders are working on an $850,000 expansion of their facility.
