Amtrak enthusiasts are getting a chance to ride in a dome passenger car this weekend.

The only remaining dome car in Amtrak service features an upper level with windows on all sides - as well as overhead - to provide panoramic views of springtime in Missouri. 

Seats in the dome car are not reserved and are available on a first-come, first served basis.

The dome car is scheduled to operate on the Missouri River Runner, which runs through Jefferson City April 7-12^th.
